We process email addresses, account identifiers and necessary authentication information for registration, sign-in and sessions. For payment, delivery, refunds and access, we retain the related account, item, amount, payment status, timestamps, access period and payment-service identifiers.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides Clerk and this site with your account identifier, email address and basic profile (name and picture) to create or link your account and sign you in. This sign-in authorization does not read your email messages or Google Drive contents.
Daily trials record the account, environment, Japan date, reserved time and short-lived lease identifier to calculate allowance, prevent duplicate accounting and verify driving access.
Inquiries include names, company or trade names, email, optional phone, requested services, budget, timing and messages for responding and following up. Visit and security records may include paths, times, regions, request information and identifiers derived from IP addresses for statistics and abuse prevention.
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for hosted checkout and payments, and Neon for orders and access. Vercel hosts the site; GitHub stores site content and encrypted inquiries; Cloudflare R2 stores media and some security and statistics records. Providers process information as needed to deliver these services.
Card information is handled on Stripe's hosted checkout; this site does not store full card numbers. Opening third-party videos, maps or external links also sends requests to their providers under their respective policies.
Sign-in uses necessary session cookies. Language and appearance preferences may use cookies or local storage. The simulator uses a random session-storage lease identifier to maintain the same driving session; trial allowance is held on the server. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or purchases.
We retain information as needed to provide services, handle orders and inquiries, protect security and meet applicable retention obligations. Access expiry does not automatically delete purchase records. We do not promise one automatic deletion period for every type of information.
We use access controls, encrypted transmission and applicable storage safeguards, without guaranteeing absolute security. Contact us below to request access, correction or deletion of your information. After verifying identity, we consider outstanding transactions, disputes and applicable retention obligations when responding.
